Step 1: Upload offer file
- In the "Make an Offer" menu click the "Upload Offer" button.
- Select the PDF version of the Purchase and Sale Agreement you'd like to upload. Please allow a moment for our system to transcribe the offer details using OCR.
- Once the data appears in the offer modal, carefully review each field to ensure the information was accurately extracted from your PDF.
- Finally, check the acknowledgment box to confirm that you've verified the OCR accuracy. Then click "Generate Offer " to complete the submission.
