Signing documents via email
Guide to sign documents sent to you via email.

Step 1: Access Email Link
- Check your inbox for an email from TopTick requesting your signature. Click the "Access TopTick to Sign" button to begin the process.
Step 2: Start the Signing Process in TrueSign
- Once TrueSign loads, click "Start Guided Signing" to begin.
- All required fields will be highlighted with red boxes. Simply click each highlighted section to fill it out. Below is an example of a fully completed document for reference.
- After completing all fields, click "Complete" to finalize your signature.
- After a brief moment, you'll see a green confirmation screen indicating your document has been successfully signed.
