Signing documents via email

Guide to sign documents sent to you via email.

Step 1: Access Email Link

  1. Check your inbox for an email from TopTick requesting your signature. Click the "Access TopTick to Sign" button to begin the process.

Step 2: Start the Signing Process in TrueSign

  1. Once TrueSign loads, click "Start Guided Signing" to begin.

  2. All required fields will be highlighted with red boxes. Simply click each highlighted section to fill it out. Below is an example of a fully completed document for reference. 

  3. After completing all fields, click "Complete" to finalize your signature.

  4. After a brief moment, you'll see a green confirmation screen indicating your document has been successfully signed.
