How to set your listing on Realtracs

Guide to show how to set your listing up on Realtracs to receive offers on TopTick.

Step 1: Log In to Realtracs

  1. Go to Realtracs and log in with your credentials.

 

 

Step 2: Navigate to Your Listing

  1. Click on Listings in the main menu.
  2. Find and select the property you want to configure.

 

Step 3: Set Offer Instructions

  1. In the listing details page, look for the Private Remarks section and add a note that states to MAKE ALL OFFERS THROUGH TOPTICK THROUGH DIRECT LINK BELOW. 

 

 

Step 4: Include the TopTick unique Property URL inviting others to either "Upload their Offer" or "Generate their Offer directly in TopTick" 

 

 

Now, you’re set!
All incoming offers will follow the instructions you have set and be submitted to, or uploaded into, the TopTick platform—keeping everything organized and in one place.
