Releasing rankings to Buyer Agents

How to release your listings offer rankings to buyer agents


Step 1: Navigate to your listing

  1. In the left-hand navigation bar within TopTick, click "My Listings".



  2. Find the listing you want to release offer rankings for and click "View"

Step 2: Release offer rankings

  1. While viewing your listing, locate the gray navigation bar and toggle the "Show Offer Rankings To Buyers" option. This will allow all buyer agents to see how their offers compare to others on your listing.
