Guide to file a support ticket.

Step 1: Navigate to support menu
- From the left-hand navigation bar, locate the "Others" section and click on "Raise a Ticket".
Step 2: Access the support ticket page
- Click the "File a Support Ticket" button on the right-hand side of the navigation bar.
Step 3: File the support ticket
- Complete all required fields in the support ticket form. Once finished, click "Submit". A member of our team will review your request and respond shortly.
