Step 1: Navigate to your listings
- In the TopTick platform, navigate to the "Agent Center" using the left-hand sidebar, then click on "My Listings".
Step 2: Find the listing you want to share
- Find the listing you'd like to share and click the "View" button next to it.
Step 3: Share the listing
- In the top right corner of the listing page, click the "Share" button.
- When the popup appears, select the message icon (the third button from the left).
Step 4: Specify the agents you want to share the listing with
- In the popup window, go to the email section and enter the email addresses of the buyer agents you want to invite. Make sure to use a comma to separate multiple email addresses.
- Lastly, click send and all buyer agents will receive an invitation to make an offer an that listing.
